My Story...

I am passionate about my work with individuals, couples and families. I derive satisfaction from helping people connect more deeply to an inner knowledge of themselves and I believe if you discover the patterns in your life that aren't working and are able to substitute new ways of problem solving and communicating, then balance and harmony are restored. This provides an opportunity to find a deeper connection and purpose to life and relationships.

Primarily, I see individuals and couples with relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias and females who grew up without fathers. My ideal clients are people who are mature and interested in personal growth. My approach is creative and eclectic as I draw from many years of experience and training in traditional and non-traditional approaches to wellness, mindfulness and the healing arts.

I believe we are meant to feel fulfilled and to lead happy, joyful lives. When we are feeling "off" or out of emotional balance then the possibilities and excitement offered by life are diminished. I would love to help you regain balance so you may experience a sense of satisfaction and well being.
